stabilized, sterile-filtered, cell culture tested
Description
| Application | Recommended for use in cell culture applications at 10 ml/L. |
| Biochem/physiol Actions | Mode of Action: Glutamine is essential as an energy source for most mammalian cells in culture because of its amino acid carbon skeleton. Penicillin acts by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis. Streptomycin inhibits prokaryote protein synthesis by preventing the transition from initiation complex to chain-elongating ribosome and causes miscoding. Antimicrobial spectrum: Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. |
